RETURNS POLICY

• In the case of quality defect, we will repair or replace the item
• Refund as per original payment method provided the item is accompanied by original invoice , product tags and no product damages
• Forever 21 will initiate a refund for the purchase to the original payment method. Also, all the purchases made through credit cards and cash on delivery will be refunded in the Online credit option only.
• For Buy one get one offer, you can exchange any item with another full-priced item of the same price. These items are not eligible for refund.
• The customer will be charged a 20 AED delivery fee on refund
• We don't provide an option for in-store returns

EXCHANGE

• Merchandise can only be exchanged or credited in the country of purchase.
• Return / Exchange is possible only if the packing and label has not been tampered
• Exchange of a product is allowed only once

SHIPPING

• Normal Delivery 2 – 3 days subject to availability of the product
• If your order is less than AED100, you will be charged AED20 for delivery. Items purchased for more than AED100 are delivered free of charge.
